PERFECT ROAST BEEF | |
2 to 2 1/2 lb. roast 1 small can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 pkg. (envelope) dry onion soup mix Place roast in crock-pot. Pour dry onion soup mix over roast. Pour soup over roast and onion soup mix. Cook on low all day while you are at work or play. Forty-five minutes to an hour before eating, place all desired vegetables in an aluminum oven bag with salt and pepper and garlic (optional) and a little oil (2 tablespoons) and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. |
