PERFECT ROAST | |
Roast (any size, 4 - 10 lbs.) Salt and pepper, to taste Have roast at room temperature. Start roast at 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. for supper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper roast and put on rack in pan and cook for 1 hour. Turn off heat. Let roast remain in oven until mealtime. Roast will be done! Do not open door of oven. Leave 3 hours to complete cooking (or a little longer). 20 minutes before serving, turn oven to 300 degrees and let roast warm. |
