COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (or less)
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. Quaker oats (powdered in blender)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. Hersheys bar, softened
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add flour, baking powder, oats and salt, mix. Then add the Hersheys bar, chocolate chips and the nuts, mixing all together. Drop by golf ball or smaller onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Make 3 dozen. NOTE: Add 1 cup flour, rest of ingredients, and then add more flour if needed.
