ROASTED ONIONS 
10 Spanish onions (yellow)
1 cooking bag
1 tbsp. flour
Butter
Dry mint (crushed)
1 c. white wine

Shake 1 tbsp. flour into cooking bag. Place butter on each onion along with a sprinkle of dry mint. Put the onions in the bag and pour the wine in the bag. Seal bag, pierce with a fork on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
