2 lbs. ground meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Parsley
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt

Mix above ingredients and form into small balls. Brown in oil.

SAUCE:

1 bottle hot ketchup
1 jar apple jelly

Mix together.
