COMPANY MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. bell peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. veal, ground
1 lb. beef, ground
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. horseradish
2/3 c. tomato catsup
Parsley

Add bell peppers, garlic, onions, celery, bread crumbs to ground meat. Work in eggs along with salt and pepper. Place in a loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix soup, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and catsup. Put on top of loaf. Bake 30 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serves 8.
