FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf unsliced white bread
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Butter
Powdered sugar

Slice bread into eight (3/4 inch) slices. Beat eggs with milk, Grand Marnier, sugar, vanilla and salt until well blended. Dip each piece of bread into liquid mixture until well saturated; place in a flat baking dish.

Pour remaining liquid over the bread; refrigerate, covered, overnight. In very hot oil saute bread slices until golden on both sides. Brush with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with real maple syrup. Enjoy!
