BANQUET TABLE CARROT SALAD 
2 c. finely grated carrots
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Add carrots and raisins. Mix well. Keeps well in refrigerator.
