Chicken breasts, skinned Dijon mustard Sliced yellow squash, zucchini, and mushrooms Salt and pepper Paprika Parmesan cheese Cover chicken with Dijon mustard. Bake with vegetables in aluminum foil for 18 minutes at 400 degrees. When finished, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
