CHEESE STRAWS 
1 c. flour (all purpose)
Butter (size of egg)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder (scarce)
1 c. grated cheese (sharp, I use cheddar)
Ice water, enough to make stiff

Mix together flour, butter, salt and baking powder. Next, add grated cheese to butter mixture. Then roll, like a pie dough, and cut in 1/2 inch strips and twist. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
