6-8 potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 jar real bacon bits, fine

Stew peeled potatoes until tender. Drain most of liquid and save. Hand mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients, including reserved liquid, and heat to desired temperature. Serve topped with grated cheese.
