CHERRY FILLED CHEESECAKE 
A graham cracker crust to fit into a 9" springform pan
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. cream (heavy or half & half
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream the cheese to soften. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and cornstarch. Mix in the cream. Do not underbeat. The mixture will be very liquid. Place the graham cracker crust into the pan. Place pie filling over crust. Slowly add the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. (The top may split but it cools back in place.)
