CHICKEN MACARONI DINNER 
1 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. corn, optional
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs

1. Cook macaroni. Drain and set aside.

2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and chicken broth. Bring to the boiling point, stirring constantly until thickened.

3. Mix together the macaroni, white sauce, chicken and corn. Pour into a greased baking dish.

4. Stir bread crumbs into melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
