MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. round ground steak
2 eggs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. pork, ground
1 sm. onion
1 c. cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper
1 c. tomato soup

Soften cracker crumbs in milk. Mix all the ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Pour tomato soup over meat loaf and cook another 15 or 20 minutes.

As with any meatloaf, salisbury steak, etc. recipe, substitute organic grass fed buffalo meat for the beef. It tastes better, (is not "gamey"), much less grease and virtually no cholesterol. Just be careful not to over cook.
