POPPY CHICK 
1 cooked chicken, deboned
1 (8 oz.) box sour cream
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 stick butter

Chop chicken into bite size pieces and place in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup in a bowl and then pour over chicken. Put crushed Ritz crackers on top of this and then pour or sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
