PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops Salt & pepper to taste 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1/4 c. cornstarch 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 (15 oz.) can peach slices Brown pork in large skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Blend cornstarch with soy sauce and syrup from peaches. Add to chops, stir until thickened. Stir in peach slices and bring to boil. Serve over hot rice. 6 servings. |
