BAKED MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 pkg. California blend frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
Small amount of sliced celery
1 stick melted butter
1 sm. onion

Mix ingredients in a casserole, then put a package of 8 ounce Cheddar cheese (shredded) on top. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
