NOODLES ALFREDO | |
1 lb. pasta (your choice) 1/4 c. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped Dash of salt & pepper 1/2 c. half & half 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Cook pasta according to directions. Do not overcook. Drain well, do not rinse. In medium skillet, saute garlic in butter, add parsley, salt and pepper, half and half and cheese. Stir over heat but do not boil. Place pasta in heated bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve. Sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese if you like. Serves 4. |
