CABBAGE ROLLS 
10 lg. cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. quick cooking rice (uncooked)

Cook cabbage leaves in large saucepan in salted water for 5 minutes (may cook in microwave). Drain. Fill each cabbage leaf with ground beef mixture. Fold edges of cabbage in, roll and secure with toothpick. Place cabbage rolls in large casserole dish. Prepare sauce.

SAUCE:

2 1/2 c. tomato juice or 1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
