CARAMEL BANANA PIE 
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
5-6 bananas
Cool Whip

Boil unopened can of Eagle Brand milk 3 hours keeping water level about top of cans. Prepare pie crust (see below). Open cooled cans and spread caramel on bottom of pie crust. Slice 5 to 6 bananas on top of caramel. Chill in refrigerator a half hour and then spread Cool Whip along top of pie. Serve chilled.

PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. Crisco
5-6 tbsp. cold water

Mix flour, salt and Crisco in bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle water into mixture and work pastry into a ball with hands. Roll ball on floured surface 1/8" thick. Cover edges of pie with foil and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover edges and bake 5 more minutes.
