FIESTA FRUIT BOWL 
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. watermelon balls
1 c. cantaloupe balls
1 c. orange slices
1/3 c. blueberries
1/4 c. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. 7-Up
1 pineapple, chilled

Slice pineapple in half, remove fruit saving shell. Marinate fruits in juice and 7-Up for 30 minutes. Serve in pineapple shell. Great with cheese enchiladas. Cantaloupe may be used as dessert dish instead of the pineapple, and canned fruit may be used if fresh is unavailable.
