GUAVE CHEESECAKE 
Make according to directions on box. Press into 9 inch springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Juice & rind from 1 lemon

Blend ingredients together. Pour on crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Top with topping.

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. frozen guava juice concentrate

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook until thickened. Spread over cheesecake. Chill.
