TINY PEAS WITH MUSHROOMS AND
BACON
 
3 (17 oz.) cans tiny green peas
1 (3 oz.) can B & B sliced mushrooms
6-8 strips bacon, fried & crumbled
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

Drain the peas and place in a 2 quart baking dish; cover with mushrooms and top with bacon. Dot the top with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 300 degrees only until the butter melts and peas are heated thoroughly. Serves 12 to 14.
