SMOKY FLAKED FISH DIP 
1 1/2 c. fish, cooked and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and horseradish, liquid smoke, parsley and salt. Gently fold in fish. Chill thoroughly.

I made this and doubled up on almost everything, it started out that way because I used 3 cups flounder to start, so when I had to double regular recipe because of it, I then thought it still needed more smoke, kick and citrus that I'm use to. So, yeah, I basically doubled recipe amounts...after doubling!! Awesome, even before chilling! Absolutely better than any restaurant or store bought I've had!! Yum with crackers!!
