SAUSAGE BREAD | |
1 pkg. frozen white bread dough (3 loaves) 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms Red wine or cooking sherry to taste Garlic and onion powder to taste 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Take sausage out of casing and fry until brown, add mushrooms, spices and wine to taste. Roll out one bread dough and put filling in the middle and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Fold dough over and place fold down on cookie sheet. Repeat same procedure with other 2 loaves. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Makes 3 loaves. |
