EASY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. Ricks frozen roll dough
1 sm. pkg. Jello vanilla pudding (not instant)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Sprinkle 1/2 of the pecans in Bundt pan. Place rolls around evenly in bottom of pan. Mix together dry pudding mix and brown sugar. Sprinkle over rolls. (I put raisins also and remaining pecans).

Pour melted butter over entire mixture in pan. Cover with damp cloth. Let set 6-8 hours or overnight to rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes; turn out immediately. Glaze.

GLAZE:

2 c. confectioners sugar
2-3 tbsp. water

I put 1 tablespoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons water.
