2 1/2 c. peeled, sliced peaches

Put in casserole. Mix together:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Pour over peaches. Top with 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 (29 oz.) can of peaches may be used instead of fresh.
