WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Cream together. 2 c. boiling water 3 c. whole wheat flour (sifted)

Then stir good and cool until room temperature. 1 1/2 packages yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water. Add 2 cups flour.

Grease container and raise until doubled. Make into rolls, raised until doubled. If too thin, add 1/2 to 1 cup flour. Makes 12 rolls and 1 loaf of bread, or 24 rolls. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
