CHOW MEIN 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. shrimp, chicken or turkey
1 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. pepper
1 c. onion
1 c. bean sprouts
1 1/2 c. hot water

Thickening:
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. m.s.g.
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Melt butter in pan. Add onion fry for 3 minutes add celery, salt, pepper and not water. Cover and cook 5 minutes (or until celery gets soft.) Add bean sprouts and meat. Mix thoroughly and cook another 5 minutes. Combine and add thickening to pan stir lightly, cook covered 1 minute. Mono Sodium Glutamete.
