PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked pumpkin (fresh or canned)
2 c. flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. each: ginger, cloves, and nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts or raisins

Combine eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin. Mix well. Add the sifted dry ingredients. Fold in chopped nuts. Spread batter in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with orange flavored cream cheese frosting.
