ELIZABETH'S CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (no pudding)
1 c. water
1/2 c. liquid shortening
4 eggs
1 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding

Can substitute lemon, coconut cream, vanilla or chocolate.

Mix dry ingredients together. Add water and liquid shortening. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well after each addition. Pour batter into well greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 10 or 15 minutes then slide out of pan.
