GRACE CHAPMAN REESE'S DATE NUT
PUDDING
 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped dates
Cinnamon

Beat the eggs until thick and light. Add the sugar, flour and baking powder. Beat until mixed. Add the pecans and the dates. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip.
