CREAMY LIME SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
9 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve lime Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Cool slightly, then stir in evaporated milk. Chill until mixture is very thick, but not set. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into an 8" square pan, or a 5 cup mold. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce. Serves 8.
