FRESH FRUIT TART 
1 box Pillsbury Already Pie Crusts

FILLING:

1 can blueberries or cook fresh
1 c. strawberries, halved
1 c. pineapple chunks (sm.)
1 can cherry pie filling or cook fresh
Mint leaves

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare crust according to directions. Press crust into pan using a removable bottom tart pan (if possible). Trim edges, prick with fork. Bake until light brown. Cool completely.

In bowl carefully combine filling ingredients. Spoon into crust. Place sprig of mint leaves prettily on top. Refrigerate.
