1 1/4 lb. top sirloin 3/4 inch thick cut into 4 serving pieces 3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. minced parsley 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/4 tbsp. sliced green onion Salt Place steaks between waxed paper and roll with rolling pin until 3/8 inch thick. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a small pan, add onion and saute about 4 minutes. Put 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add steak to pan. Saute quickly 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the butter sauce over the steak and serve. |
