Whites of 3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut flavoring
Pinch of salt
2 c. corn flakes

Beat eggs and salt until dry; fold in sugar, corn flakes and coconut flavoring. Mix well and drop on well greased pan and bake 15-20 minutes in slow oven.
