FRESH FRUIT MELON SALAD AND
DRESSING
 
Fruits: melons, seedless grapes, peaches, pears, bananas

DRESSING:

1 orange: juice and rind
1 lemon: juice and rind
1 egg

Add:

1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Cook on medium heat on stove until thick; let cool. Whip and slowly add 1 cup whipping cream. Cooked part of dressing can be stored in the refrigerator.
