STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) box raspberry Jello dissolved in 2 c. hot water
1 sm. box frozen strawberries, thawed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Juice from can pineapple & water to make 1 c. liquid
1 c. cottage cheese

Add fruits and pineapple liquid to the Jello and congeal 1/2 the mixture. Spread with the cottage cheese. Refrigerate and add remaining Jello mix. Congeal. Serves 6.
