EUNICE'S ROLLS 
1/2 c. lard
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 to 6 c. flour

Melt lard in boiling water and stir until melted. Add cold water. Don't get hot water too cold. Add yeast, sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Beat eggs in. Add flour. Knead right away. Let rise until double. Punch down and form in rolls. Let rise again and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
