POPPY SEED OR NUT ROLLS 
5 c. flour
1 lb. butter
4 egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)

Mix flour and butter like pie dough. Add egg yolks and sour cream to make soft dough. Divide into 4 parts and chill. Roll out on sugar instead of flour. Roll out thin. Spread filling and roll up. Bake at 350-370 degrees about 1 hour.

Fillings: Beat 4 egg whites stiff. Add 6 tablespoons sugar gradually. Divide into fourths. Add 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts or poppy seed or any other filling. Sour cream can be made with 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Let stand.
