PEPPER STEAK & RICE 
1 lb. lean beef strips
Flour
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced lengthwise onion
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Garlic to taste
Water
Optional: Soy sauce
Cooked white rice

Coat beef in flour and brown on medium heat in butter. Add remaining ingredients and add enough water to cover and simmer until meat is tender. Serve over white rice.
