LIVER 'N ONIONS 
Enough liver to feed your group. Dice up an onion per person. Saute the onions until browned, leaving onions in skillet, dip liver in seasoned flour. Brown liver on both sides and remove, continue until all the liver is browned. Putting everything in skillet, add water to top and cover liver, place lid on skillet and simmer. Simmer until you have a gravy and liver falls apart with fork.
