ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
6 whole cloves
1 med. orange
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Cook chops until well browned. Add water, paprika, pepper and salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 35 minutes.

ORANGE SAUCE: Grate 1 teaspoon peel from stem end of orange peel. On medium high heat, cook orange peel, orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves and 1/4 teaspoon salt until thickened. (Stir frequently.) Add orange slices. Pour sauce over pork chops and serve.
