CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
2 c. fresh whole cranberries
1 orange, unpeeled, quartered & peeled
1 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. Cointreau
1/2 lemon, unpeeled, quartered & seeded

Combine cranberries, orange and lemon in food processor. Cover, whirl until finely chopped. Transfer to bowl. Stir in sugar and cointreau. Let stand covered 12 hours at room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
