PEACHES 'N CREAM 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding (not instant)
20 oz. can sliced peaches (save juice)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. fruit juice (saved from peaches)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla pudding in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased square pan. Place peach slices over batter in pan.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and fruit in small bowl; beat 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches to within 1-inch of edge of pan.

Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F. Cool slightly before cutting and serve warm.
