BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
3/4 c. mayo
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients together except for cracker crumbs. Pour into greased ovenware. Sprinkle with crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
