BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. butter
Pepperidge Farm Croutons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli for 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients, except for 1 cup Cheddar cheese, croutons, and butter. Put ingredients into a casserole dish and spread evenly. Put Cheddar cheese on top of broccoli and spread evenly. Put croutons on and spread evenly. Melt butter and pour evenly on croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
