CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 sm. chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and pounded flat
1 lb. ham, sliced
1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
Salt
Pepper
Garlic, minced
Parsley, chopped
Flour
Bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Place generous amounts of julienned ham and cheese in middle of each chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper, garlic and parsley to taste. Roll - handle carefully and they should stay closed. Dip chicken breasts in flour, then eggs, then in bread crumbs. Place on buttered baking sheet and bake in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cover with spaghetti sauce or white sauce to serve. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6.
