BASIC QUICHE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. baking mix
1 1/2 c. cheese and/or vegetables and/or leftovers
1/2 to 1 tsp. seasonings/spices

Sprinkle cheese/vegetables/leftovers in bottom of 9-inch round pan. Beat other ingredients together and pour over cheese/vegetables/leftovers. Bake at 375 degrees until knife inserted in the center comes out clean (about 30 to 40 minutes). Serve warm or cold. Store, COVERED, in the REFRIGERATOR.
