MINCED BEEF STEW 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute beef in butter and break up with fork. Stir in onion, salt, pepper, and curry and fry until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer.

Prepare dumplings and drop by spoonfuls over simmering stew. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serves 4.
